Astrbot offers a variety of routes, each with different features. Some of the common ones are:

Umbwe Steep and direct, challenging, for experienced climbers ~6 days
Northern Circuit Longest of the routes, excellent acclimatization, panoramic views, less traffic ~9–10 days

Fitness & Preparation

Good physical fitness is required — regular cardio, stamina training helps.

Basic gear: proper hiking boots, layered clothing, rain gear, gloves, hat, sun protection.

Altitude sickness can be serious — our plan includes acclimatization days, but listen to your body; we have systems in place to help.

Best Time to Climb

Dry seasons: late June to early October, and December to February are usually best — fewer rains, clearer skies.

Avoid heavy rains where trails might be slippery and visibility is poor.
